Terms of use

Synthwave Mantra is a free, experimental service run by Mariany Design, Bennekom, The Netherlands (KvK 52459268). By using it you agree to these terms.

Your audio

You may only submit audio you own or have permission to use, such as your own recordings, licensed material or audio whose rights holder allows derivative works. You are responsible for the material you submit and for how you use the result. The link option is meant for your own uploads on YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Bandcamp, Instagram or TikTok, or for material whose rights holder allows it. Downloading from platforms may be restricted by their terms; you are responsible for complying with them.

Output

Tracks are generated by Suno through a third-party API. Rights in AI-generated output are unsettled in many jurisdictions and we make no promise of ownership, originality or freedom from third-party claims. Use the output at your own risk, and do not present it as a human performance.

Fair use

The service is limited to 2 sequences per day per network address and may be paused, rate-limited or withdrawn at any time. Do not automate requests or attempt to circumvent limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Mollie (iDEAL, card or Bancontact) and renew automatically until cancelled. The monthly pool of sequences resets each period and unused sequences do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from your account page; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Invoices are issued under the trade name Synthwave Mantra (Mariany Design) and sent by e-mail.

Storage

Source files are deleted after processing. On the free tier generated tracks are kept for about 14 days and then removed. Subscribers keep their library for as long as the subscription runs, and for 90 days after it ends. You can rename or delete your own sequences at any time; deleted sequences still count towards the pool of the period they were made in. Share links stop working once a track is removed.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by Dutch law. Dutch law applies.
